Return Policy Guidelines
To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following:

The Window: Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.

The Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all LyLEE Moon tags attached.

The Packaging: Please return items in their original packaging to ensure the garment remains protected during transit.
Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
How to Initiate a Return

Contact Us: Email our concierge at support@lyleemoon.com with your Order Number and the reason for your return.

Approval: Once your request is reviewed, we will provide you with the return shipping instructions and address.

Shipment: Please ensure the item is mailed back promptly to ensure it arrives within our return window.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected by our quality control team, we will process your refund.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
- Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
To ensure you receive the new size or color you desire before it sells out, we recommend returning your original item for a refund and placing a new order for the replacement piece.
Final Sale Items
Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased during specific clearance events are not eligible for return or exchange.
The Modesty & Fit Guarantee We understand that finding the right coverage and fit online can be tricky. We provide detailed size charts and fabric descriptions (e.g., "Opaque," "Lightweight") for every item. If an item is more sheer than described, please contact us immediately for a priority resolution.
